I used to have stage fright. Then, one time at work, weekly presentations was introduced to the team and we had to take turns to choose a topic, do a research on it and then present it to the team. I was so anxious! I kept on thinking about it the whole week. Not that I didn’t know what to say, I did my research and got all the facts right, but the fact that I had to present it in front of the team made me very nervous, but I just had to face it.

When the day came and it was time for me to present, I started talking. My voice and lips were shaking but I kept on speaking anyway! Before I knew it, I was done with the presentation and did a great job at it.

I was so proud of myself!

Now, stage fright is a thing of the past for me.
